Open a workspace

Sign in with your Clasp account, then use the workspace chooser to open Personal or a shared workspace. Import the papers and notes you want to keep there. Downloaded desktop content remains available offline after its initial synchronization.

Use Clasp in your browser

Open the web app and sign in with your Clasp account. Personal and shared workspaces use the same papers and notes as the desktop app. Add files with the browser file picker and download exports from the paper actions.

Cloud and sharing

Sign in under Settings → Account. To invite someone to a workspace, they need a Clasp account with a verified email address. Owners control sharing and can transfer ownership to another member from workspace settings.

Share a public page

Open a note, choose Share, set General access to Anyone with the link, and choose Copy web link. Anyone can read that page without signing in. Other pages stay private. Set access back to Restricted to revoke the link.

Delete your account

In Settings → Account, choose Delete account. Transfer any shared workspaces you own to another member first. Confirm your current password and the permanent-deletion checkbox. This removes your account, personal cloud library, memberships, and the account cache on the Mac where you delete it. Original local folders and shared workspace content stay with their owners. Copies previously downloaded on other devices are not remotely erased.

When reporting a problem

Include your Clasp version, macOS version, and the steps that caused the problem. Do not send your password. Remove private research and personal information from screenshots unless it is needed for your request.
